Campus Dining & Shops’ Secret Shopper program is designed to gather honest, firsthand feedback from everyday customers to help us continually improve our dining locations. Anonymous shoppers visit our units, evaluate service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall experience, and share their insights. Their observations allow us to celebrate what’s working well and quickly address areas that need attention — ensuring we deliver the best possible dining experience for our campus community.
